all return requests, order concerns, and other inquiries must be submitted within 7 days of your package being marked as delivered. no exceptions.

if your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly first to file a claim or locate your package. once an order leaves four tides collective, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
